About LHALEP
Plain-language education for families before decisions become emergencies.
Life Health & Legal Education Partners is a nonprofit education organization helping workers, students, families, employers, and community partners understand life, health, financial, and legal-readiness questions in practical language.
What we do
LHALEP creates short courses, school programs, handouts, and partner-ready resources that help people slow down, organize questions, and find the next right resource. The work is intentionally practical: health coverage after job change, benefit decisions, financial literacy, household protection, legal-readiness basics, and transition planning.
Plain-language courses
Free and low-barrier learning resources built for real life decisions.
Financial literacy sessions
Classroom-ready 30-minute and 60-minute programs for middle and high school settings.
